Fix & Flip Financing

Our Fix & Flip Program is designed specifically for real estate investors who buy, renovate, and resell properties for profit. We focus on speed, flexibility, and common-sense underwriting so you can move quickly when the right deal shows up.

Whether you’re working on your first flip or managing multiple projects at once, we structure financing to support the entire lifecycle of your investment—from purchase to renovation to resale.


How the Program Works

We provide short-term financing to help you acquire and renovate residential investment properties. Loans are typically based on the after-repair value (ARV) of the property rather than your personal income, allowing you to leverage the deal itself.

Funds can be used for:

  • Property acquisition
     
  • Renovation and construction costs
     
  • Refinance of an existing rehab project
     

Renovation funds are held in escrow and released in draws as work is completed, helping keep projects organized and on track.
